ANNUAL TUITION
Tuition is based on annual enrollment, but may be paid in monthly installments according to the following schedule:

Registration is for the current school year and must be renewed annually. The registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable. Pre-payment of May 2012 tuition is required. Full tuition is due by the 5th of each month. For returning enrolled families, May tuition is due by June 30, 2011. Otherwise, May tuition is due with enrollment.
Tuition is figured on an annual school year basis, therefore, the amount is not flexible with long or short months. Refunds or reductions are not available for the time a child is absent. School begins in September and ends in May with holidays based on the Round Rock ISD school calendar.

Tuition Late Fee (after the 5th of the month) $20.00
Returned Check Charge $25.00
Early care at 7:45am is available for a daily fee of $5.00. After care until 3:15pm is available for a daily fee of $5.00. Prior arrangements must be made in the school office. Availability varies dependent on daily enrollment.
Refund Policy: Pre-paid tuition is refundable with 30 days written notice of withdrawal from the program, submitted to the Academy Director. In the event of non-payment of tuition without notice, May tuition will be applied to the outstanding balance and the position forfeit. Refunds will not be made after March 31st.
